The Jersey Shore APA is implementing a New Division Rep Program in 2025. We are looking for individuals who want to help the Jersey Shore APA grow and thrive. Players that are committed, honest, and responsible. We are not looking for you to do the job of the league operator, but to assist with your league night as a voice of reason and authority. There are quite a few perks to being a division rep, including free play, free membership, free dinner, and MORE! Let's all help make the Jersey Shore APA better!
Check out an outline of the program below. Contact Erin if you are interested in being a Division Rep!

What can I get?
Free APA Membership!
At the start of the Spring Session, the Jersey Shore APA will pay the membership dues of all of the current DR's. If you accidentally pay your membership, we will give you 2 weeks of free play.
DR's Dinner
Every session we will invite all the DR's out for dinner, we will go over rules, questions and are open to feedback on how to improve the league. The dinner is open to Division Reps only. The Jersey Shore APA will pay for dinner.
Authority on League Night
You are being put into this role because we see you as a fair and knowledgeable player. We trust that you will be available to players and treat each situation fairly. Please carry or download the OTM on your phone and have quick access to it, or familiarize yourself with rules.poolplayers.com and how to search it. If you feel a player's behavior needs to be reprimanded, please contact Erin or Cameron.
The ability to help with other APA events.
We can begin getting you certified with the APA as a National Referee. As a referee for the APA you can volunteer to referee in the Mid-Atlantic Challenge and the Las Vegas Tournaments!
Being a referee in Las Vegas can be a paid position, including flights, hotels, and meal vouchers.
Division Rep Tournament
Once a year we will hold a "DR ONLY" Singles Board, Paid for by Jersey Shore APA. The winner will advance to Regionals.
Play for Free
You can have your matches reimbursed at the rate of 1 point = 1 match. So if you earned 10 points, you can have up to 10 of your matches played on your DR night reimbursed at the end of the session.
Go to Las Vegas!
If all of the above isn't your cup of tea, you can trade in your points/earnings for travel assistance to Las Vegas in May or August to play in MiniMania's or just enjoy the town! 1 point = 10 dollars
